Every time an event takes place, a special guest analyst joins us to share their take on the matchups and break down their picks for each fight.

For MFL 19, Liam Gallagher (5-0) has come on board to give his expert breakdown and picks across the entire 27-bout card.
Gallagher remains unbeaten in his amateur run, most recently hoisting the MFL bantamweight belt at MFL 17 during his latest outing. He had previously been booked to fight in the U.S. on the same evening as MFL 19, but his opponent had to withdraw because of an injury. Gallagher is looking to land a slot on one of BTC Fight Promotions' upcoming shows later this year.
Below are Gallagher's selections for MFL 19:
Ramil Kamilov (6-3) vs. Charles Azoulay (2-1): AMATEUR Lightweight Title Bout** KAMILOV PREVIEW, AZOULAY PREVIEW
"Kamilov brings plenty of fight IQ and has established himself as a seasoned name in the MFL. His ring experience should carry him to a third-round stoppage."
Prediction: Kamilov wins via TKO in the third round.
Olivier Poisson (5-0) vs. Alex Gluzman (2-0): AMATEUR Featherweight Title Bout** POISSON PREVIEW, GLUZMAN PREVIEW
"Gluzman is a truly complete competitor, and I believe he has the tools to neutralize Poisson's grappling attack."
Prediction: Gluzman wins via unanimous decision.
Scott Rodrigues (3-1) vs. Vince Nikiforov (2-5): AMATEUR Bantamweight
"Nikiforov has gone through some tough battles against MFL's strongest competition."
Prediction: Nikiforov wins via unanimous decision.
Thomas Anilowski (3-0) vs. Iliass Ait Moumen (5-3): AMATEUR Flyweight
"Anilowski trains alongside me and is absolutely vicious. As one of Canada's hottest flyweight prospects right now, I think his technical ability overwhelms Ait Moumen."
Prediction: Anilowski wins via submission in the first round.
Corey Georgiou (1-1) vs. Umar Mohammad (0-0): AMATEUR Flyweight
"With two bouts already behind him, Georgiou is well-positioned to leverage his ring experience for the upper hand."
Prediction: Georgiou picks up a unanimous decision victory.
Jordan Tecson (0-0) vs. Martin Aronson (0-0): AMATEUR Bantamweight
"Without much intel on either competitor, this one's essentially a toss-up."
Prediction: Aronson claims a unanimous decision win.
Isaiah Sharpe (1-1) vs. Luqman Abdi (1-1): AMATEUR Flyweight
"Since Sharpe trains alongside me, I've got firsthand knowledge of what he brings to the table—he's absolutely lethal."
Prediction: Sharpe secures a TKO victory in round two.
Julien Nyquill (2-0) vs. Francois Barrieau (0-0): AMATEUR 230 pounds
"Nyquill looked sharp in his last outing and should continue that momentum against debuting opponent Barrieau."
Prediction: Nyquill finishes the fight with a first-round knockout.
Nicky Heinrichs (0-1) vs. Daniel Chosack Barkay (0-0): AMATEUR Lightweight
"After dropping his debut a year back, Heinrichs has put in serious work in training camp, and those refinements should be just enough to earn him the verdict."
Prediction: Heinrichs takes the fight by unanimous decision.
Mathieu Tarantini (0-0) vs. Sasha Malo (0-0): AMATEUR Welterweight
"Each fighter is stepping into the cage for the first time, but I'm leaning toward Malo's striking giving him the advantage."
Prediction: Malo wins via unanimous decision.
Tristan Gervais (0-0) vs. Thomas MacAulay (0-0): AMATEUR 160 pounds
"Another tricky call here—both are debuting, so I'd call this one dead even."
Prediction: MacAulay wins via unanimous decision.

"Expect a fast-paced, action-packed affair where Birmingham stops his opponent in the second round."

"Both men are hunting for their maiden amateur victory, and I believe Lee will come away on top."
Prediction: Lee wins via unanimous decision.
Robert Burk (0-0) vs. Seb Caron (2-0): AMATEUR Welterweight
"Caron's edge in experience should carry him through this matchup."
Prediction: Caron wins via TKO in the second round.
Ethan Herrod (0-0) vs. Naj Parniyan (0-1): AMATEUR Featherweight
"Parniyan carries serious striking credentials in the kickboxing world, and I believe he's got a meaningful edge in this bout."

Forecast: Gagne wins on all three judges' scorecards.
Michael Asiffo (0-1) vs. Olivier Rhein (0-0): AMATEUR Middleweight
"Another matchup where I don't have enough familiarity with either competitor to confidently favor one side."
Forecast: Rhein wins on all three judges' scorecards.
Isaac Herbert (0-0) vs. Dylan Majeste (0-0): AMATEUR Flyweight
"Herbert trained at a strong camp ahead of this event, and I believe that preparation will carry him to victory in his first fight."
Forecast: Herbert wins on all three judges' scorecards.
Blake Loxton (1-4) vs. Drew Truax (1-2): AMATEUR Featherweight
"Loxton stands as one of the most durable fighters on the MFL card—a real competitor who never gives up. His toughness combined with his boxing ability should be enough to secure the win."
Forecast: Loxton wins by referee stoppage in round three.
Jentzen Cook (0-0) vs. Taj Gordon (0-0): AMATEUR 160 pounds
"Gordon has established himself as a respected grappler and competitor within the MMA space, particularly impressive for someone making their debut. His ground game should prove too much for Cook to handle."
Forecast: Gordon wins by submission in round two.
Ethan Braam (0-0) vs. Keegan Chiasson (0-0): AMATEUR Bantamweight
"Braam trains at a reputable gym in Munda Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and should be thoroughly ready to deliver a strong performance in his debut outing."

Forecast: Sampaio wins by referee stoppage in round one.
Calen Campbell (2-1) vs. Ryan Hollenbeck (1-0-1): AMATEUR Welterweight
"Campbell hasn't stepped into the cage for more than five years now, whereas Hollenbeck has stayed active and is coming off solid training camp work at Munda Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu."
Forecast: Hollenbeck wins on all three judges' scorecards.
Tyler Depelsmaeker (1-1) vs. Chester Flores (2-2): AMATEUR Lightweight
"I prefer Flores to leverage his experience advantage to pull away with the win."
Forecast: Flores wins by submission in round three.
