Robert Seres (6-3) vs. Guillaume De Lorenzi (10-2): PRO 165 pounds
Seres has found his rhythm in 2022, recording two first-round stoppages already. De Lorenzi hasn't fought inside the cage since 2013, a significant gap that could prove decisive against someone riding such strong momentum. I expect Seres to add a third finish to his tally this year.
Prediction: Seres wins via TKO.
Tommy Morrisson (2-0) vs. Yassin Nasri (1-2): PRO Flyweight
One of Canada's most exciting young talents, Morrisson will aim to keep his professional record spotless. I see him as a step ahead of Nasri with a more balanced skill set across the board.
Prediction: Morrisson wins via decision.
Irving Molina (2-1) vs. Jonathan Ramsay (1-0): PRO Welterweight
Hard to call with minimal footage available on either competitor. Going with the home-town fighter who just delivered a big first-round knockout in his pro debut.
Prediction: Ramsay wins via TKO.
Cedric Koung (0-2) vs. Vincent Houle (1-0): PRO Middleweight
Houle hasn't competed in over three years, but I believe he's matched up perfectly here to extend his winning streak.
Prediction: Houle wins via TKO.
Allen Girard (0-1) vs. James Cardinal-Lauzon (0-1): PRO Welterweight
Both men saw their professional debuts fall short, so each will be eager to bounce back. Cardinal-Lauzon trains with some of the top coaches in Canada and I expect him to come out on top.
Prediction: Cardinal-Lauzon wins via TKO.
Keyano Young (1-1) vs. Charles Azoulay (1-2): PRO Featherweight
I envision this as one of the closest matchups on the entire card, making it difficult to pick a winner. Either fighter could walk out victorious.
Prediction: Azoulay wins via decision.
Mehdi Zeidvand (2-0) vs. Gabriel Mendez (1-1): PRO Featherweight
Will Mendez be able to deal with Zeidvand's grappling game? I don't think so.
Prediction: Zeidvand wins via TKO.
