By using MMAEmpire.ca and the MMA Empire shop, you agree to these terms.

Dropshipping

All shop products are dropshipped by third-party suppliers. MMA Empire does not hold inventory. Suppliers fulfill and ship orders directly to customers.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received.

Limitation of liability

MMA Empire is not liable for supplier shipping delays or product defects beyond our control. Contact us for support and we will coordinate with the supplier.
