For Rumble in the Cage 61, David Garcia has stepped in to provide his predictions and analysis for the five professional bouts on the card.

Garcia holds an amateur record of 2-1 and is coming off his most recent win at Prestige FC 11, a second round knockout of Colin Rapitta. Garcia was also victorious in his amateur debut, a unanimous decision win over Quinton Tait.

Here are Garcia’s predictions for Rumble in the Cage 61:

Sheldon Doll (7-3) vs Kris Lee (4-3): FIGHT PREVIEW

“Doll’s on a five-fight winning streak with all finishes against tough opponents. Again, he’s fighting a really tough guy in Lee, but Doll being on a winning streak brings a lot of confidence, and that, for a fighter, is crucial.”

Prediction: Doll wins by TKO in the first round.

Jesse Bongfeldt (22-7-1) vs Micah Brakefield (7-7): FIGHT PREVIEW

“Bongfeldt’s fought at the highest level in the sport and even fought the former middleweight champ in Chris Weidman. At that point, his experience just can’t be denied.”

Prediction: Bongfeldt wins by TKO in the second round.

Joel Odorski (2-0) vs Gage Saunders (3-1): FIGHT PREVIEW

“Even though Saunders has a ton of amateur fight experience, I think Odorski’s power and way of being comfortable wherever the fight goes are going to open the chances for him to get a finish.”

Prediction: Odorski wins by TKO in the second round.

Taylor Bull (2-8) vs Colton Cronkite (2-0)

“I’ve trained with Cronkite a couple of times and his technique and power are extremely hard to deal with.”

Prediction: Cronkite wins by submission in the first round.

Colton Boxell (0-0) vs Josh Quinlan (0-0)

“Quinlan has an undefeated amateur record with mostly finishes, but is fighting a tough grappler in Boxell. So, I expect a lot of back and forth action during the fight.”

Prediction: Quinlan wins by unanimous decision.
