Rise FC 4 is fast approaching.

The promotion brings its action to Victoria, British Columbia on July 27, 2019, featuring a pair of championship bouts: Tristan Connelly (12-6) taking on D'Juan Owens (18-13-1) for the lightweight title, and Saeid Mirzaei (1-0-1) facing Nicolae Cury (9-6, 1 NC) for the welterweight crown.
