For Unified MMA 38, Jesse Bull has stepped in to provide his predictions and analysis for the 12 MMA bouts on the card.

Bull holds an amateur MMA record of 3-6 with his most recent contest being a first round defeat to Laine Foxton. His most recent win came over Bradley Nicholson at BFL 56, which was enough to earn him title shots at Mamba Fight Night 5 and AMA 33.

Here are Bull's predictions for Unified MMA 38:

KB Bhullar (7-0) vs Matt Dwyer (11-5): PRO Middleweight Title Bout** FIGHT PREVIEW

"Bhullar looks to welcome UFC-vet Dwyer to his hometown of Edmonton. Dwyer, who is coming off a loss, is looking to add another belt to his middleweight collection. However, undefeated Bhullar, who has finished most of his fights in the first round, is also looking for his first middleweight strap. Dwyer is a very talented fighter indeed, but I see Bhullar taking this one."

Prediction: Bhullar wins by TKO in the first round.

Graham Park (6-2) vs Sheldon Doll (7-3): PRO Light Heavyweight Title Bout** FIGHT PREVIEW

"Park is riding a three-fight winning streak, while Doll is also riding an impressive five-fight winning streak. With both respective winning streaks, possibilities of Canadian number one spot, and Unified light heavyweight title on the line, this fight is big. Both fighters are highly skilled and can finish this fight wherever it goes."

Prediction: Doll wins by submission in the first round.

Christian Larsen (4-1) vs Jared Kilkenny (13-11): PRO Heavyweight Title Bout** FIGHT PREVIEW

"Larsen is riding a hot streak following a quick and impressive TKO in his most recent outing. Kilkenny stands as the sole opponent to have halted Larsen's run. Given that every single one of Larsen's career victories came in the opening round, I see no other outcome here but a dominant performance from a fighter clearly eager to erase his only blemish."

Prediction: Larsen wins by TKO in the first round.

Grayson Wells (4-2) vs Lee Mein (10-14): PRO Cruiserweight

"Mein brings genuine veteran pedigree to this sport, with a professional record stretching back to the early 2000s. Yet Wells has finished every single one of his pro bouts via strikes, and I expect this one to follow the same pattern."

Prediction: Wells wins by knockout in the first round.

Nick Hrabec (6-5) vs Cameron Macdonald (1-2): PRO Lightweight

"Both men arrive after recent defeats, with Macdonald having lost his last two consecutive fights. Hrabec brings serious skill and the experience necessary to take this deep and secure the finish. He also holds a previous victory over Macdonald from their earlier meeting."

Prediction: Hrabec wins by TKO in the second round.

Leroy Noltcho (2-1) vs Cam Dyck (1-1): PRO 195 pounds

"Each fighter returns after a layoff period, and both are coming off losses in their most recent bouts. This one truly could go either direction, potentially decided by whoever put in more quality work behind closed doors during their time away."

Prediction: Noltcho wins by unanimous decision.

Matt Klute (1-0) vs Josh Kwiatkowski (2-2): PRO Featherweight

"Klute arrives carrying momentum from a successful professional debut, while Kwiatkowski is also riding a recent victory. This matchup poses a serious challenge for Klute, but I project he'll grind through and get the job done."

Prediction: Klute wins by unanimous decision.

Cole Campbell (2-3) vs Dave Pogson (3-6): PRO Lightweight

"Over his last two appearances, Pogson has collected two wins while Campbell has come up short. Carrying that two-fight winning streak into this bout gives Pogson valuable momentum."

Prediction: Pogson wins by submission in the first round.

Tyrell Giselbrecht (2-1) vs Alexander Krutskykh (0-0): AMATEUR Featherweight

"Krutskykh is another amateur stepping into the octagon for the first time, and I believe Giselbrecht's experience against quality opposition will be the deciding factor."

Prediction: Giselbrecht wins by submission in the second round.

Robert Kovacevic (1-2) vs Konstantin Zaitsau (0-0): AMATEUR Welterweight

"Zaitsau is making his amateur debut, but I believe Kovacevic's seasoned experience will play a crucial role in this one."

Prediction: Kovacevic wins by unanimous decision.

Laine Foxton (1-1) vs James Ricks (0-0): AMATEUR Lightweight

"It's Ricks stepping into the cage for the first time, and I believe that adrenaline will give him the edge he needs."

Prediction: Ricks claims victory via TKO in the opening round.

Mitch Wiles (0-2) vs Lorin Motruk (1-0): AMATEUR Bantamweight

"These matchups aren't ones I've covered before, but Motruk looks to have momentum after a strong amateur debut, whereas Wiles has some questions to answer. Assuming he's taken notes from his previous fight, he should be able to pull off a home crowd win."

Prediction: Wiles takes it by unanimous decision.
