Every month, MMA Empire will bring you a comprehensive list of any and all Canadian fighters who will be competing in MMA events outside Canada. Check back every week to keep up to date with all the results.
November is a huge month for Canadian MMA as there are currently 16 fighters scheduled to compete this month at the time of publishing, including tournaments, title fights, and a UFC co-main event!
Sixteen bookings makes November 2020 one of the densest months the column's covered — and it arrives in a year where every regional card is playing catch-up. The U.S. circuit stayed the engine: Vegas fight nights, CFFC's Philadelphia run and a DWCS slot all landed in the same month.

UFC Fight Night 182 – Las Vegas – Nov. 7
TV: TSN1- Main Card – 10 p.m. EST
265lbs- Andrei Arlovski defeats Tanner Boser by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) FIGHT PREVIEW
Boser's decision loss to Arlovski was the month's hardest UFC result for Canada — a competitive heavyweight scorecard against a legend, and the kind of loss that reads better in the fight than on the record.
Strikehard Productions 57 – Alabama – Nov. 7
TV: Internet PPV– 8 p.m. EST
135lbs- Tyler Wilson (6-3) vs. Jose Johnson (11-6) FIGHT PREVIEW *Cancelled*
170lbs- Saeid Mirzaei (2-0-1) vs. Tre’ston Vines (3-0) FIGHT PREVIEW *Cancelled*
145lbs- Terry Lemaire defeats Travis Hill by Unanimous Decision FIGHT PREVIEW
155lbs- Nick Guiditta defeats Jarred Dumond by Unanimous Decision *Amateur
Wilson's cancelled Alabama bout was the month's first scratch — mid-pandemic regional bookings were still volatile, and losing a fight-week slot cost a bantamweight the cage time the year had already shorted him.
DWCS 35 – Las Vegas – Nov. 10
TV: TSN2/UFC Fight Pass – 8 p.m. EST
185lbs- Mario Sousa defeats Mariusz Ksiazkiewicz by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 29-28, 29-28) FIGHT PREVIEW
Sousa's decision over Ksiazkiewicz was the month's Contender Series result — a win on the DWCS stage is the closest thing the regional circuit has to a direct UFC audition.
XFC 43 – Atlanta – Nov. 11
TV: Fite TV (Free) – Prelims – 5:30 p.m. EST
155lbs- Scott Hudson defeats D’Juan Owens by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
*LW Tournament Quarter-Finals FIGHT PREVIEW
170lbs- Bobby Nash defeats Spencer Jebb by KO (Punches) in Round 1, 3:36
**WW Tournament Quarter-Finals FIGHT PREVIEW
155lbs- Tom O’Connor defeats Jose Caceres by TKO (Punches) in Round 3, 2:00
*LW Tournament Quarter-Finals FIGHT PREVIEW
170lbs- Ryan Dickson submits Michael Hill by Rear-Naked Choke in Round 1, 0:54
**WW Tournament Quarter-Finals FIGHT PREVIEW
Hudson's decision over Owens kept the tournament thread alive on XFC's Atlanta card — the promotion's bracket format made every fight load-bearing, and a win at this stage put a Canadian one bout from the final.
UFC Fight Night 183 – Las Vegas – Nov. 14
TV: TSN3 – 7 p.m. EST
115lbs- Kanako Murata defeats Randa Markos by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)
Markos's shutout loss to Murata was the month's second tough UFC result — a clean sweep on the cards for a veteran strawweight, and the kind of outcome that accelerates a roster conversation.
Bellator 253 – Connecticut- Nov. 19
TV: Prelims/YouTube- 5:30 p.m. EST
145lbs- Jeremy Kennedy defeats Matt Bessette by Unanimous Decision (30-26, 30-26, 30-27)
155lbs- Lance Gibson Jr. (3-0) vs. Shane Kruchten (12-5) *Cancelled*
Kennedy's decision over Bessette was the month's quiet Bellator win — a workmanlike featherweight result that keeps a veteran's record moving in the right direction.
CFFC 88 – Philadelphia – Nov. 18
TV: UFC Fight Pass – 8 p.m. EST
115lbs- Criszaida Adames submits Claudia Baril by Rear-Naked Choke in Round 2, 2:07
Baril's second-round submission loss to Adames was the month's hard regional result — CFFC's Philadelphia cards have been a reliable Canadian pipeline, and losses there still feed a record honestly.
CFFC 89 – Philadelphia – Nov. 19
TV: UFC Fight Pass – 8 p.m. EST
170bs- Bassil Hafez submits Christien Savoie by Triangle Choke in Round 1, 4:15
***Hafez wins Vacant Welterweight Title
Savoie's first-round triangle loss to Hafez came on the same weekend's second CFFC card — back-to-back Philadelphia events meant two more Canadian results inside 48 hours.
UAE Warriors 14 – Abu Dhabi – Nov. 27
TV: YouTube – 12 p.m. EST
135lbs- Xavier Alaoui defeats Juares Dea by Unanimous Decision (48-46, 49-45, 49-45)
***Alaui wins vacant Bantamweight Title
Alaoui's decision over Dea kept the Abu Dhabi pipeline producing — UAE Warriors stayed one of the few international promotions running regular cards through this stretch, and Canadian bantamweights kept getting booked on them.
UFC Fight Night – Las Vegas – Nov. 28
TV: TSN- Prelims
135lbs-Su Mudaerji defeats Malcolm Gordon by KO (Punches) in Round 1, 0:44
Gordon's 44-second KO loss to Mudaerji was the month's hardest finish — a first-round stoppage on a UFC card is the kind of result that resets a fighter's timeline, whatever the talent underneath it.
